Cost

This is a routine servicing that
should be done every 6 months or so. It involves checking the integrity of
the system and making sure all security software is configured and working
correctly. This includes updating and installing all Microsoft Service
Packs and Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware software. Also a tidy up of the file
system is done and disused files are removed. Recommendations and Advice
is given if any issues arise or preventative measures need to be taken.
This process takes a few hours and Free Pickup & Delivery is
available.
Cleanup
Cost $65.00
This is a service to disinfect a
computer that has been compromised by Spy-Ware or a Virus. The system is
cleaned and the integrity of the system is restored. Also includes a full Checkup.
Backup
Cost $65.00
A unique program is custom written
for you and installed on your computer. This allows regular backing up of
your Documents, Email Address Book and messages, and anything else you
require, to a CD, at the click of one icon. A CD-Writer is needed. The
program can be altered to expand to your increasing needs as required.
Again, includes a full Checkup.

Cost $95.00
Basically, this will restore your
computer back to its factory settings. All
information created or saved will be lost. This is as a last
resort to repair the computer's file structure that has been irreversibly
corrupted. To complete this process, we will need the computer's original
System Disks, Operating System Disk and any application software
Disks. After this has been done, the computer will be totally updated with
the latest Microsoft Service Packs and Drivers. Also the latest Anti-Virus
and Anti-Spyware software will be loaded. This is an ideal process to use
when disposing of your computer.
Setup
If you purchased you new computer
from a department store like The Warehouse or similar, we will come and
set it up and configure it for you. This process varies from computer to
computer and individual packages and requirements.

Recovery
If you accidentally deleted
critical files, there is a very good chance it can be recovered. If you
are not computer savvy, don't try to recover it yourself. Just switch the
computer off and contact us immediately. The more you use the computer in
the interim, the less the chance of a successful recovery.
Our charges are based on success and are $0.50 per
file with a minimum charge of $45. Our success rate is in the high 90%
range and if nothing is recovered, no charge will be made.
